Dear readers;

Looks like we may be moving again. I am sure George will post the link once it happens, so don't worry! On a positive note, our female readership has picked up. I am getting letters from women all over the world who apparently share our interest in patent shoes, boots and clothing! It is very encouraging. However, it is still not enough. Please encourage your wives and girlfriends to contribute mote letters and stories. I have always tried to maintain a certain level of quality in the photos and stories I choose as editor of this unique publication.

It is nearly impossible to put into words, the feeling I get when I gaze upon a woman who is wearing beautiful shiny patent leather. You are quite fortunate to have so many wonderful stores near by. I know of several places in the SF area but shopping there would take a very long air trip to be able to indulge my shoe passion.

I understand your dilemma with women not wearing the types of shoes you like. Most women do not have the type of feet that wear them well or have not conditioned their feet to be able to take the stress. I suppose it just takes someone that loves them as well as you do to be able to wear them on a regular basis.

Just thought I'd quicly let you know how much I enjoy Patent Letter on a regular basis. Couple of thoughts... Opening page states the PL is for lovers of womens footwear, then, inside, it's mostly patent pumps.
